I'm on day 2 of no fap guise. The most I've ever gone was 5 days which was almost a year ago. This time I'm shooting for 14 days. What's crazy is I just found out you can't even just view porn during nofap. Apparently the goal of nofap is to also quit porn, but I thought it was just to do it in moderation and not be addicted? Like how is it even possible to hate porn so much to never view it. Wouldn't I just be lying to myself if I decided to go that route?
