>>13597022Depends in what city, in Skopje you're looking at 1500€ sq at the minimum for an apartment, if you're looking for a house don't bother for atleast 30km from the centre. A house in the villages around Skopje will cost around 130,000€ for a shit one.
As for other cities it's waaaay down, my parents bought the apartment we're living in now a decent sized one with 3 bedrooms for 70,000€. Today it's priced at 130,000€ minimum. But still it's a big one, 800€ per m2 is normal for Bitola ,Štip, Ohrid, Strumica etc etc.
