People don't know much of a country that they hardly ever lived in. At best we're like a white guy who was brought up by chinese parents so anything we know about china only came from our parents and relatives. And here's the kicker, a lot or our parents and relatives has lived outside of china for many years. Think about it, they raise us for 18 years so their attitudes, culture, sentiments, worldview of china is 18 years behind. Ask a guy who left germnay in 2001 about germany, I guarantee their views are dated as fuck.
Their knowledge of china is so outdated that you'll only end up perpetuating false information. Some people parrot what their family and relatives tell them about china but they're idiots and haven't lived in china long enough to make any believable statement on the matter. When people ask me where im from i say "im born here but my parents are from china"
