Hopefully, beause the demise of New York is grossly overstates, these are around for a nice long time, but one thing we're seeing up here is the expectation of a certain quality of life from a business like this is being reduced as the mobs take larger and larger cuts, and the best are closing up shop and being replaced by shawarma huts run by dispossessed Lebanese and Greeks who've endured a generation of corruption at home and lost a little every year until they lost everything and now are willing to put in 14 hours a day to keep a shitty little apartment. Long-winded way of saying enjoy the wonderful things now because they might not be there tomorrow!
