>>13617227yeah i mean in an ideal world i'd do a year in tokyo, but that also costs like 5x as much when doing the semester in the country is probably like 70% of the value
well all sorta depends. if you mean during the study abroad then i'd pretty much only know enough to do jobs that barely require you to japanese at all, but a lot of those do exist. unless i somehow get an internship offer for something i'd really want to do i'd probably rather just spend the time taking as many classes as possible instead
really hard to say how much i'll know by the time i graduate especially since i have no idea what the curriculum at japanese universities looks like. should definitely be very ready for something like teaching at that point, but the japanese requirements for that are pretty lax as well. ideally i'll know enough to operate in an all japanese office so i have better opportunities to try getting a job i want to do more long term, but idk how realistic that goal is.
honestly should probably be doing more independent studying right now than i am since i don't really trust schools to teach me anything when it comes to this stuff really, but that's not super likely if i'm trying to work too
>>13617229for our midterm i need to print it out, do it with a pencil, take pictures of the completed pages, then compile them into a single PDF
hopefully it will be. with all the free time from fall break the adhd has been kicking into overdrive, so it's difficult to dedicate time to these things
