Meditation is being widely taught in American public schools, technically making it a political issue.
I’m curious to see if you think this is healthy, and also just what your opinions on meditation are in general. Meditation is *literally* promoted as something that can induce self transcendence and the elimination of suffering. I get it helps with stress, but that has to be bullshit... right?
