I'm experiencing major post fap depression. Its got me reflecting on all the ills of my life and goddamit it sucks. So much of my problems are my own fault I guess but still, even when I try to solve some of my issues its like another one just springs up to add on top of all the other shit. Just wish I knew which move to make next but idk, I feel overwhelmed and lost on what to do. Now I'm going to watch some shitty TV show on one of those sketchy free streaming sites to try and forget this shit.
