Most seem to be. Lack of any real structure or tradition in their lives ruined them, like leaving something out in the open elements. It degrades and turns into something worthless and ugly.
Not all are rotted, but most of the women I encounter anywhere, no matter the race seem corrupted and beyond any hope of repair. Like shells of something that used to be beautiful.
