That Chinese have shares in it is hopefully enough to make it allowed in China where a mobile version can offer a subtle proxy service in it's data saving feature to circumvent censorship, so they don't collectively do something stupid. Opera is an original and i'm loyal. UC browser was handy for bypassing bans. One new ban every few minutes was a matter of turning data saver on and off.
