My gf found a comfy job before she even graduated, she started at 75-90k a year and peaks at like 2-350k in 5-10 years or something ridiculous like that, I can't even find anything that offers more than 35k-45+ a year... This is a new form of demoralization i have never experienced why even bother...

Whoever hired her, whether he realized it or not, literally decided “I should hire her because if I hire her, I’ll get to be around her and maybe we can get married and have kids.” Whether or not she was actually the best candidate never entered their mind.
So, either re roll and try to be born any other time before 20 years ago, or go study whatever your girlfriend did and pray you can find a gay CEO to have the same thoughts about you during the interview process; it’s your only shot

Do you know for a fact her superiors are women? You’ve met them? Because if they are MOSTLY women and she’s working at a firm big enough to make that kind of money, I don’t know about it and that would certainly be uncommon.

That’s because the powers that be have decided it is a suitably effective strategy for further reducing the native birthrate, since career women tend to put off having kids and are generally not attracted to men who get paid less than they do. The “work” at these jobs doesn’t even really matter. The clown economy has evolved to the point where social engineering has taken priority over productivity. Not much you can really do about it other than accept it as reality and move on.

My SIL has a similar thing going on, and started at 105k a year doing HR for an arts school in NYC. She has no degree, but she’s unbelievably woke. Like beyond parody woke. Meanwhile I make 50k a year in the Midwest with a stem degree, and my wife makes about the same with a business degree. I know the garbage men in NYC make like 80k a year, but on paper it feels really demoralizing.
