What is happening? Why has everything become so hateful and inflammatory? I thought that everything was so toxic last year because the election was stirring a lot of hysteria and that everyone would calm down once the dust has settled. But it didn't fucking settle, in fact it got worse. Everyone is on a whichhunt to tear down others. blacks, whites, gays, straights, women, men, christians, jews, muslims, hispanics. Nobody is safe.

Why, at the very least, can we just agree to leave others alone? We don't all have to get along, but can we achieve some degree of acceptance? I don't like being told to hate others, it's just not in me, yet everyone want's to be inraged and I don't understand why.
