I wake up at 4 am and get ready for work. No food until i finish work. Get home, put the kid to bed and make a 3 egg omelet. Ham, onions, mushrooms, green pepper and cheese. Then the same thing again the next day. And the next. If i get bored i just make a skillet with hashbrowns.
I've lost easily 10 pounds and I'm never hungry.

This. Always go for the ones in pure olive oil. I recommend sardines from morocco. Cut some raw garlic on it and have some pickled ginger and some good bread to soak up the oil on the side to make it an A+ lunch.

I get deenz from Poland and they're good but the ones from Asia taste and smell like eating death.
