As for your haplotype, that’s your entire Y chromosome, but it doesn’t seem to have that much effect on people, it’s better to be sure of your family tree (aka that you know where all your family member came from) then you average the mix of the regions they cake from, and that gives you the likely % of your ancestors with each haplogroup, and from the genes that came with those that gives you a pretty good idea of what you are
For example, if all your family is form one place, then it’s simple, you just look at the % of each haplogroup of that place, what sort of race each group associated with a haplogroup was, maybe their history if you want, and that gives you a complete idea of your ancestry, minus the Y chromosome that you already know, but doesn’t seem to have as much impact as non sexual chromosomes
From your DNA results, IF the results given by the company are accurate, basically what it means is that everyone in your family is a Celt from the British isles, except your father’s fathers’s father’s.... father, who was probably a Jew, a few hundred years ago during the Middle Ages, who had a Scottish or Irish wife, and then just mixed into the population until his descendants were less than 1% jewish all around, keeping the J2 chromosome
That’s the most likely source for a J2 I can see, jews are usually J2, and you have a far higher chance to see one in Europe in the Middle Ages than a random syrian
