one time i saw an ad for a company, offering great pay, 30 days paid leave/year, seemingly easy work, etc. and i covered all the experience and qualification requirements
then i click on the ad, it takes me to their site, first question is "select gender" and it's a falling menu with like 6 options. instantly did a 360 and walked out of the room
