What's your cultural background and what's your view on age gap relationship (10+difference)?
I realized that people in the Anglo sphere (US, UK, AU, CAN) and Leftists seem to have issues with age gap relationship, there is this idea that people need to be "equal" in a relationship, that the younger person is immature. But I feel those are but rhetoric.
I'm in a age gap relations myself. I'm 31, my gf is 19. We never had problem with communication or shared interests, and there never was any problem with maturity.
What do you guys think of age gap relationships? Why does it make some people seethe?
