This year I started a dewormng and parasite removal regimen. Currently, I take Ivermectine (horse paste), Fenbendazole, and pamoate pyrantel as well as Zahler ParaGuard.I plan on keeping this up 2-3 times a year.

Yes, I am well aware of this effect. I take probiotics ,including home made versions of this as well. The deworming regimen is done in the spring, summer and late fall. Followed by fasting and probiotics.

You should try fermenting other veg. The bacteria is one thing, but fermentation also makes nutrients more bioavailable. There's 3 types of Quercetin in onions. Fermenting for four days converted a lot of it to the kind of Quercetin we can use which is antiparasitic and a coof defeater. I have a spoon of the brine in the morning and a few spoons of tomato/carrot sauce with meals.

I do. I make fermented red onions all the time. I have a 1 gallon crock that I use for pickling vegetables. I use whatever veggies I have around at the time. Mostly I use quart jars for lacto-fermenting.
