Because, thats what happened to me. Actually I found out later, but when i went to get the paper, after the fact something else that had happened used it too, or a couple of things and -maybe-. I was asked to sign a paper before this stuff happened, and I have asked to see a copy of it, and the lawyers, courts clerks, everybody, or nobody, will tell me that its required for them to have the important- FULL Guardianship case. They either straight up tell me its not required, the original lawyer and the clerks, or other lawyers have hung up on me. One told me that that was the paper I signed my rights away on but he told me he retired before we got takling about this, oh and he's not retired. Call him and se for yourself.
Because I signed and made edits to make it say Partial Guardianship.
