There are two scenarios where Q could be a real insider.
In scenario A, Q is part of the investigation. The reason Q drops are vague misleading shit is that Q drops are what the FBI WANTS the pedovores to believe the FBI believes.
In that case, the Q drops will be misleading. A successful decode will incriminate people that Q believes AREN'T pedovores, or convince the reader that a known or suspected pedovore is above reproach. From this, we can conclude that people who Q drops hint are the good guys are the pedovores, while the groups that Q hints are full of pedovores are the groups known to be mostly clean.
In scenario B, Q is a double agent. His job is to leak details about the investigation to WARN his fellow pedovores. In that case, he will leak details about real crimes that the perpetrators would know identified them... but since anons can also decode this, leads pointing at specific named people or groups will be deliberately misleading.
