"Free" healthcare advances psychology with it, which ties people to beds, arms to their sides so they can't turn over, shocks them, drugs them, cuts out brains. It needs to be destroyed entirely not aided to expand. "Medicine" was born of horror, all of it can be trashed and people trained to fix themselves via the internet, more complex procedures could and should be mechanised. Most money goes to staff, not solutions.
