Russia is simply a Latin word for Rus'. And "Rhosia" is Greek. Already found in written sources of fucking 9-10th century. And btw Rhos is the original name used by Varangians, not Rus'. Rus' is a Finnic and Slavic derivative. Finns still call Sweden "Ruotsi".
"Muscovy" is also a purely Latin term, never used in Russia. But even it was used interchangebly with Russia. After the consolidation of northern Rus' principalities with center in Moscow, the official name was Tsardom of Russia/Rossia. You do realize there are written sources left, no need to listen to some dumb propaganda. Just open and read it. And there's literature too. Notes of western travelers. And it all clearly states that common people called themselves Rusin, Rusak, Russkiy chelovek (Russian man) which later substantiated into simply Russkiy.
