Because where I live nobody does shit but sit around and complain about how miserable they think their lives are. Then there's always that one faggot who has to start fights with anyone and ends up getting beat, but the entire mood (such as it is) is ruined and... it's really just a waste of fucking time.

I have a few friends that I like, when they throw parties I come, hoping to meet a nice grill, but I'm not interested in any of them even when I'm pretty drunk and they're really not interested in me even really drunk

I'm too self conscious to have fun dancing unless I'm drunk, but dancing like a retard for 20 mins isn't that great anyway

so I always end up trying to have an interesting late night conversation with a small group of people but it's never as good as I'd want it to be

so now I only go parties when I spent too much time alone at home and I need to feel like I'm still part of society
