1. /qa/ was Not deleted
2. people decided to stop using /qa/
3. the reason to 2. is that /qa/ is a useless board and the users probably either forgot about it or died

4. you can Literally Fucking go to /qa/ right now, therefore it is not deleted. it's literally just that people don't post there anymore because it's a useless board so they forgot about it or they died
