There's nothing inherently humorous here.
There's nothing ironic, though I wish there was. There are sadly a non 0 amount of furries that identify with Nazi values.
And there's nothing being ridiculed or criticized here.
The furry community tends to be one that's on the outside being ridiculed and threatened. Why normally as a whole it aims to be accepting of other non harmful groups. Granted there are those that fail that as there are in almost any community, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't aspire to be better. This right here isn't better, it isn't good. This is Tails dressed in an SS uniform in front of a Nazi flag. There is no other context to it than that. It is designed in such a way as to praise the subject, or at worst be neutral about it, and this is one historical subject that does not deserve a "neutral" treatment.
