Why is logic so weighted towards positivity? “Something is true or false therefore it’s true” this is completely arbitrary and there’s no reason it can’t be the other way. There is no reason why ∨ can’t be commuting either. Say you have work every Tuesday:
I have work every Tuesday -> Today is Tuesday -> Therefore, I have work
I have work every Tuesday -> I have work -> Therefore, today is Tuesday
