Crossdressing seems like a full time commitment to shaving your whole body, obsessing over hygiene, skin care, investing time buying new clothes, learning to apply makeup and coordinate outfits and do girly embarrassing things, even when you're not playing dress up.
An outsider would make the assumption that you're a closet gay/trans and I guess they wouldn't really be wrong.
