If you were to die today, are you 100% sure you'd go enter heaven, anon?
Would your works be enough to justify your entrance into heaven?

As all men carry sin and have a wretched flesh, none of us can ever work our way into heaven, God's standard is perfection, which can't be attained by any of us.
Have you ever lied? You're guilty of hell according to Revelation 21:8
Do you seek to be justified by the law? Keep it all! Though you can't, according to James 2:10
Do you believe your works matter when it comes to your salvation? Sorry to break it to you, but they're all filthy rags to God, Isaiah 64:6
Must we turn from our sins to go to heaven? Nope, can't trust in that as it's a work according to Jonah 3:10.
So who can save us? It's Jesus Christ, the very Son of God, who became a man like us, lived a sinless life, and after being killed by the jews, sacrificed himself for us and brought salvation through His blood, he who knew no sin became sin for us, He paid the wages in our place, going to hell for three days and three nights, and after that He resurrected and ascended to the Father.

You DO NOT have to turn from sin, or get baptized to get saved, both are good things to do after you get saved but neither affect salvation.
Recognize that you're a sinner and accept the Savior by calling on Him! Get saved!
