No quitceding, if you want to cede territory to someone you'll have to spend your roll to do so.
Ceding territory: I wish to cede (x) territory to (y), then that amount of territory will be taken from your roll.

Nation name before your goddamn tripcode so I don't have to backtrack if I forget something.
IMPORTANT:
Real-time RISK, if you post first, you attack first, if the other person is wiped out before he manages to respond then his turn is void.
I'll try to limit the MUP's to 10 minutes, if you dont respond within 10 minutes your roll is void.
