If it's not too distracting (like a group right in the middle of the image) I'd ignore it until you have a better one at some point. Any physical fuckery like massaging could lead to a black spot in the screen or complete failure (cracking). Rapid black and white flickering could revive them but I never saw this actually working anywhere.
