Hey I’m 19 and I had a mental breakdown walking home from work, when I came home I started yelling at my wife and threw the food she made on the floor, our 1 year old son didn’t stop crying which made things worst. Her and that baby have ruined my life, I work a trillion hours and I want to do what I want to do, like bitcoin and gambling...but I now have a limit due to family. Her and the baby couldn’t stop crying which made me 10x more furious and I ended breaking all of the plates and breaking her phone. I can’t stand life, I feel so empty, my life sucks, I hate it so much
