>>13911255Not really, but there are definitely kanji I prefer much more than others. 愛 meaning love is pretty cute one. it has a heart radical in the middle, but it's hard to see.
神 = god/gods
髪 = hair on head
紙 = paper
All of these can be read as kami. Which is another weird thing with Japanese. They have a lot of words that sounds exactly the same, but kanji gives way more context. Another example is
汐 eventide
潮 tide
both means tide though also both are read as shio. Neat and weird. I'm pretty sure it's that way becasue when the japanese started to adopt chinese writing they used their own words for several chinese characthers. I would think. also notice the 2 dots and the longer stroke on the left. its radical for water. both kanjis share that radical. which means its related to water
