Each ethnolinguistic group has its own Polaks (guys who talk like retarded; who's difficult to understand, no matter how hard you try). In Europe, it's quite simple:
For us, Slavs - it's Polaks.
For Romanz - French.
For Germs - Danes, I guess.
(English and rossiyan are the exceptions as they have too much outgroup vocabulary).
