No, I became touhou in that I thought all of the touhou characters represented people I knew and the various personas inside of my own mind. I thought gensokyo was some kind of metaphor for my reality. The world around became what a reflection of my mind. No actual hallucinations however. Delusions and ideas of reference that led to significant self-endangerment. My symptoms have been under control for a long time but I am kind of a shell of my former self.
