Also even if I did have to share my gf, I would be sharing copies of her rather than actually sharing my wife. Also my hypothetical gf cannot have the 4 freedoms needed for something to be free software. She could at most have 2 of the four freedoms (the freedom to used for any purpose and The freedom to study her, and change her). I could share her genes under a free license with all 4 freedoms, but I could not share her under a free license.
