Find a job thats moderately physical in nature. I worked in automotive assembly and put on about 20lbs of muscle in a year just from eating well and working 5 days a week. Otherwise I like walking around parks and disc golfing, never really liked gyms or working out. From there do what you want.

Your diet and routine are shit. Liftt 4 or 5 times a week. Each body part twice a week, 3 or 4 exercises per body part. 4 sets of 10-12. Each time you finish all 4 sets of 12, add weight to the bar. Look over the routines of Dorian Yates from the 90s and incorporate Mike Mentzers advanced BB routine when you go to cut. You might be able to find old Flex Magazine articles from Yates and Mentzer too if you look for it. Both guys wrote books too.
