Things like the poetry of Homer and Virgil, legends like the stories of Gilgamesh and Beowulf, Abrahamic religious texts and so on.
Who knows just how much recent work will still be "remembered" in 1000 years, or even properly archived? As an example, particularly famous manga like Berserk will likely be preserved and commented on through that timespan, but plenty of other manga that I would consider good will probably not be granted the same treatment. Will Touhou carry that weight of importance for that long? Maybe so.
