My hands, nose, and feet are extremely cold for no apparent reason most of the time. Wearing socks, gloves, and heavy clothing helps a little, but they produce so little heat there isn't much to trap.

I've done some online research, and it's not Raynaud's, because I never get any discoloration.

Does anyone have any idea what the hell is wrong with me, and if there's a way to fix it? I don't have enough warm clothes, and would prefer not to buy a bunch of clothes if I don't have to.
