I managed to make a pie crust dough that didn't break apart. It's not perfect, but way better than my first and second pie. Because with those the dough just broke apart and I had to just fill it in and flatten it in the form.

I made a shortcrust pastry apple pie last night. It supposed to be covered with meringue, but i fucked it up and it came out soft. Still tates good and i think i actully like the way it came out soft and sugary more than i would like proper meringue on it.
