>>1407344Pizzas like that are not just common, they are the norm in most pizzeria menus here. Maybe they don't look as bad most of the time, but the retarded topping choices still apply. Egg, corn and raw onions are some of the more popular toppings. Brazil is FULL of pizzerias, but they all serve bullshit like this, you have to look really hard to find a place serving mushrooms or pepperoni on their pizza, most Brazilians don't even consider those traditional toppings, but rather niche/exotic ones, while they all stuff their crusts with eggs and watered down cheese (the stuff that looks like mayo in the pictures). Also chicken, way too much chicken in these pizzas.
The only popular topping here that is any good is sausage, but even then it's just a ridiculously inferior alternative to proper pepperoni or salami.

I'm sort of a pizza maniac, and living here is like hell. Learning how to make pizza from scratch is how I got into cooking. For what it's worth, people who eat my homemade pizzas say it's the best they ever had. They're nothing special though, I just stick to doing them properly. Ingredients are hard to find though, good pepperoni doesn't exist (when you even find it) and the tomatoes sold here are so bad it's impossible to make quality sauce without important canned ones from Italy, good thing canned shit is easy/cheap to import.
