If you are using Windows, download WSL2, then download Kali Linux from microsoft store.... you can run any Linux on Win10-11 using WSL2.

Then, watch YT Null Byte as warm up, then any video/docs on Kali Linux, Metasploit, CEH, Penetration Testing, "Red Team," "CTF Hack," ....
