People don't care when women wear men's clothing like in your image because when women do it they become more like men, and because men are usually the ones with power, that empowers them as well. On the other hand, a man wearing women's clothing can only serve to take away the power traditionally given to them. So it's not really about what you wear so much as it is about power, and having less power will never be seen as a good thing.
