I'm planning on moving out to an appartment, but I'm having anxiety attacks about winding up with a pack of nigger neighbors. How do I go about making sure there's no nigger problems in the area before I sign the lease? What if I sign a 12 month lease only to find out on the first night there's nigger parties and loud music all night?

I'm looking at a race demographic map of the area and staying away from the nigger holes, but other than that any advice?
