I yelled at my dad and mom again today.
I screamed in my dads face as loud as I could for like 3 minutes straight, then I hit our apartments walls a bunch of times. Thankfully I didn't dent it or anything, but I think the neighbors might be angry now. They keep slamming cupboards and stuff. What do you think I should do now?

I was holding a crypto coin a few weeks ago but they made me sell some of it, then it immediately went up a lot. I didn't want to do it but they nagged me for hours when I was sleepy, so I sold it just to get them to stop bothering me.
