/jp/ pioneered anti-janny shitposting and ironic shitposting
/jp/ imported the feels guy meme now known as wojak to 4chan. it came from a german imageboard (the imageboard on where the actual /int/ is located, when I speak of /int/ I do not mean 4chan /int/), and they stole it from a polish imageboard, and it is today called after the polish guy that stole it from there.
the original smug pepe was drawn on /int/, the whole frogposting thing started there and then was stolen by /r9k/
there is a constant exodus from /jp/ since the early 10s that would influence all the random boards /r9k/ /int/ especially /s4s/ /qa/ and /bant/
there is a similar constant exodus happening from other board that cause these cultures to intermix
there's also ylilauta /int/ that is connected to it but I never used it until they also got expelled from their homeboard so I don't know much about it I do know that they are also influenced by it to some degree, it seems that they took the whole ironic shitposting thing to the maximum logical extent
there were also other fags that appropiated that culture but they fizzled out when cripplechan died. These boards were pretty much the predecessor of /qa/ and /bant/ (although they coexisted for some time plus they died and got consumed by discord before old /bant/ did) and they were a pure anarchist board and they were nominally /int/ and hugely influenced by the teenbros from /jp/ and also ylilauta and krautchan /int/ posters.
nu/qa/ was very much influenced by /jp/ culture even though they hated the earlier /qa/ posters who were all teens that appropiated earlier shitpost era teens that appropiated the og /jp/ culture
