While I agree that the cirnospam seems to be an unnatural and coordinated effort, I think you need to realize that since this is a tranime website, there's always going to be a general baseline of tranime posting on every board that isn't coordinated spam.

but why does it have to be so nonsensical and low IQ all the time? Why don't they put effort in their threads. It's almost as if the main purpose is flushing out the catalogue, low quality lowers interaction hence they can make more threads. Also i noticed people using the fact that Kot in the OP causes a bump limit, to make slide threads with just the word kot in the OP but no Kot pic. (how fucking dare they)

Some people feel the pressing need to make a shitpost and then just walk away from it and move onto the next when it doesn't get instant replies. /bant/ is slow enough that there's next to no effect in "sliding" threads here since almost every thread on page ten is dead. The spammers can't actually make enough threads fast enough to kill actual active threads.
