The Grays initially made an agreement with Eisenhower in 1943 or so. In exchange for technology (which turned out to be mostly junk and scraps) they were allowed to abduct a quanta of people to experiment on due to their genetic problems they seek to ameliorate. They have never respected the treaty.
The tall whites look more or less human, but as they grow older they can grow to be up to 10 feet tall. In their young adult phase, however. they might pass for a skinny, pale, blonde, very tall human. There are mixed reports regarding their attitudes towards humans, ranging from somewhat hostile or indifferent to respectful and cordial.
The Martians look most like humans, only way to really tell the difference is their somewhat elongated skull shape. They have been here for thousands of years, ever since their planet was made uninhabitable on the surface due to a nuclear war. They still have underground bases in Mars.
The draco reptilians are the dominant species in this part of the galaxy, and consider Earth as one of their possessions. They are absolutely hostile to humans, but relatively few in number at present, mostly confined to deep underground bases.
