a huntsman spider charged at me from under my bed. i screamed and kicked it across the room and now it's just staring at me from where it landed it's been 6 minutes i'm so scared what is this creature planning

I have a hobo spider that lives on the window sill in my bedroom. He's scary big but pretty chill. We have a peaceful arrangement but if I ever wake up and find him crawling on the floor, I am turning him into a stain on the carpet.

I've almost never seen him crawl out of his web tunnel. He just kind of sits there and moves occasionally. Hobo spiders are really bad climbers, so I doubt he could make it back up if he fell down off the window.
