>>14170253you don't know shit, highway is way cheaper per square meter. the reason urban roads are so expensive is because of all the other shit: rainwater collection, drainage, water pipes, high and low voltage cables, light poles, sidewalks and in general it being slower and more complex. whereas for a highway you just have to put in a few culverts and dig ditches.
also assuming you want the tree stuff every 20m (it's usually closer than that) on eachside it's still roughly extra 240k euros per mile
