You know that you can go below 0, like -1, -9, -52... and can go above 100, like 120, 230 (that is actually how you cook pizzas).
Besides, having each mesure dividable by 10 makes you better able to delve into small measures. Like we can measure in microns with the right tools. It's very useful in industry. Do you have such an accurate measure unit?
