You get to choose 4 U.S. states to secede from the Union and kick out all the other races but yours.
>RULES:
>the 4 states must be contiguous
>California and Texas each count as 2 states instead of 1, so if you pick either of them you can only choose 2 other states
>you cannot choose the states such that they make an enclave out of or cut off a U.S. state not part of your territory (for example picking Georgia and Alabama without picking Florida, cutting Florida off from the rest of the U.S.)
>you can choose Alaska OR Hawaii if you want, but because it has to be contiguous, you cannot choose any other states if you pick either of those
