IT IS you dumb retard, you can just drastically got from 0 to 500+ calories at the drop of a hat.
Your body will fuck itself over and start eating muscle instead of fat, for a calorie deficit to work it has to be small and gradual (i.e 100 ~ 200 calories dropped each week).

no I have a water rower. Its like a fan in a jug of water. However I do have waterfront cabin I swim at all summer but no boat row in.

there are three types of rowing machines
magnetic: cheap, quiet, works
air: loud, accurate, cost effecitive
water: quieter than air, louder than magnetic

BMR is junk science but a useful guideline. 200-300 calorie reduction with the addition of extra exercise is usually what works best. Ideally weights augmented with limited high-intensity cardio.

i used to go to the gym with a family member, just as winter break came we stopped going for a bit and we havent gone since, besides all i did was lift weights and run for like 20-30 minutes and do the gazelle machine
still got ripped

I don't really know all the diet and exercise science but in my experience making sure to eat nutritious food and exercising regularly along with occasional 1-2 day fasts when not exercising seems to keep the waistline trim
we shall see though I have been bulking (while simultaneously doing a low carb diet so I can lose 20kg) and I can feel the chonk so maybe I have gotten up to 75kg again and we will see if I can shed the extra weight in a month
